RETURNS Due to the nature of the returns will not be accepted. All sales are final. If your product arrives damaged, you must contact Empress Goddess within 48 hours of receiving the box with pictures in order for a determination to be made either replacement or filing a claim with the carrier 

SHIPPING

Shipment processing time all orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. If a package is shown as delivered via USPS, UPS or FEDEx but has been stolen from your residence you must file a claim with your local post office or shipping vendor. Stolen orders will not replaced by us.
